When you buy a Story Locker podcast as a Gift we ask you how you would like your Giftee to receive it.  You can choose between an email which you send to them at a time of your choosing, or a  Story Locker Gift Card which will be sent to you to gift to them directly.

To ensure a high quality audio, the maximum number of guests is two.

If you have chosen a Life Story, for example, then we can arrange for one person to be interviewed about their own life, or for two people to tell the Life Story of another person.

Our ‘When we first met’, ‘Wedding’ and ‘Special Anniversary’ packages are more suited to two guests. Our ‘Newborn’ and ‘Special Birthday’ options suit one or two guests.

You or your Giftee have up to 12 months to redeem the Gift.  This allows you to purchase it in advance of an event or special occasion.

Yes, To ensure the quality of your recording, Guests need to be in the same location and the same room.

We do ask that you only reschedule an Interview in exceptional circumstances and that you give us 48 hours notice.

Before we begin the process of recording your Podcast, first we’d like to get to know you more.

Your first step is to complete a short questionnaire. This will help us highlight the key topic areas you wish to cover in your Main Interview.

The next step is The Discovery Call. This is a 20-30 minute call with your confirmed Interviewer for you to get to know each other. It’s also an opportunity for your Interviewer to go over some areas from your questionnaire, put you at ease and ensure the main Interview recording goes smoothly.

Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step of the process.  You’ll receive all the equipment you need including a headset and microphone.  Easy to follow guidance on how to get set up will also be supplied.  A Tech Producer will be on hand for your main Interview recording and is always there to offer help if needed. 

No. You need a laptop or a desktop PC with either a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to record your Podcast Interview.

Once your Podcast has been professionally edited you will have the opportunity to make changes.
